The Santa Ana River Basin Section (SARBS) is a local chapter of the California Water Environment Association (CWEA). CWEA is a community of over 10,000 wastewater professionals, uniting an industry spanning hundreds of public municipalities and private firms. From operators, to lab technicians, to engineers, our goal is simple—protect California’s water. CWEA is an industry leader offering Technical Certification from innovators across the state, promoting a collaborative group of individuals dedicated to improving their skills and their communities.
SARBS primarily serves Orange County and portions of San Diego and Riverside counties; however, anyone can access the content we provide. Our function is to engage directly with our members providing a space for education, networking, and recognition. Knowledgeable peers from all over the region share their expertise in our training seminars contributing to continuing education. The SARBS Annual Awards gives us a chance to recognize our peers’ achievements and excellence in their field. We are proud of our 4700+ members who have committed to improving their skills to better serve their constituents. Thank you for keeping us healthy and safe.
